About:Route Ledger

VPNLS provides international route subscriptions: 90+ countries / 210+ routes, plans from ¥9.9/month with 60GB, unlimited devices, 7-day refunds, and sign-up without an email address. This page covers three things: who the service is built for, how routes and problems are handled, and how data is treated.

What the service is for

Who it is for, and what it solves

Users fall into roughly two groups. One just wants results: remote work, research, AI tools, streaming, with no interest in tweaking settings. The other compares for themselves: whether a route is an IEPL dedicated line, a relay or direct, whether the protocol is Shadowsocks, VMess, Trojan, VLESS, Hysteria2 or TUIC, and how each client performs on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.

Serving both groups from one subscription comes down to handing over the choice: routes are grouped by region and type, protocol and client are each selectable, and there is no device limit. The defaults get you connected and working; the advanced options are there for fine-tuning.

Common use cases

  • Remote work: reaching the company intranet, joining video calls
  • Research and writing: opening international sites, searching the literature
  • AI tools: chat, document processing and code completion
  • Streaming and gaming: 4K playback, real-time matches

Operating principles

Choosing routes, handling problems

Choosing a route: by use case, not by number

The route list is grouped by region, and every entry is labelled IEPL dedicated, relay or direct. For peak hours and long-lived connections, prefer dedicated lines; for streaming, use relays; for gaming and real-time calls, watch jitter and packet loss. If you are unsure, use the route suggestions in the client or open a ticket.

Troubleshooting: diagnose first, then change settings

If you cannot connect, speeds drop or a subscription import fails, submit a ticket from the user panel with the client, the OS version and the time the error occurred. The order of checks is route first, then protocol, then network environment, so you can tell a route problem from a local one.

Privacy stance

Only the data that is needed

The service keeps no logs: no destination records, no browsing content, and no connection records used for profiling or resale. Billing and support retain only what is needed to run the account: plan, data usage and ticket contents.

Sign-up needs only a username and password, no email address; payment goes through Alipay / WeChat / USDT. In a ticket, include only what is relevant to the problem; anything that does not help diagnose it need not be provided.

No logs No email address required Alipay / WeChat / USDT
Plan, refund and coverage figures are kept consistent across the site; the terms of service and refund policy govern the details.
